We are wired for relationship. It shapes us into who we are—for better and for worse—and in relationship with others we find life's most immense joy and fullfilment but also experience our greatest pain and brokenness. However, it is here, in one coming alongside you and caring for you in these broken moments that we find healing. As your counselor, I am committed to fostering an authentic, genuine relationship that allows for such healing to begin.

There are many moments, friendships, relationships, and events throughout life that can disrupt us, cause us anxiety, or instill great grief and hopelessness — be it the death of a loved one, broken relationships, sexual abuse, or life transitions. However, there is a way through it all. Healing can be found.

I have worked as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the Tacoma-Puyallup area since 2015. I completed my formal training from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and graduated with a master's degree in both Counseling Psychology and in Theology & Culture.
